Here is the (tentative) schedule of events for April 2017:

Wednesday, April 5
  Final reports due
  Students/teachers register to come to the Expo
  Nominations for the Best teacher sponsor sent to Consult 

Monday, April 17
  Submissions for the Best Web presentation of a final report due

Wednesday, April 19
  Judges conference call - about half a dozen finalists will be determined.

Sunday, April 23
  Teams traveling more than 120 miles to Albuquerque, check in at the hotel
  Relax on your own in the evening

Monday, April 24
  7:00  Breakfast at the hotel
  8:00  The previously announced finalists will give 25 minute
          presentations to Finalist judges between 8:00 and 12:30
          at the Jewish Community Center, in classrooms.
        Everyone else will set up their posters and give their
          presentations to Expo judges at preassigned half-an-hour
          time slots between 8:30 and 11:30 in the auditorium.
        After their presentations, teams will be able to take 
          view demonstrations outside at the JCC and go to visit
          technology companies in the area.
  9:00-12:00 Scholarship interviews with Scholarship judges
  11:50 Expo judges caucus
  11:30 Lunch, Students and teachers vote for best project,
               technical poster, and logo during lunch. 
  12:30 Expo judges announce additional finalists
  1:00-4:00 Expo finalists make 25 minute presentations to Finalist judges
  1:00-5:00 Tours 
            
  5:00-9:00  Reception at the National Nuclear Museum of Science and History
  10:00 pm Drury Hotel guests in their rooms

Tuesday, April 25
 7:00  Breakfast at the hotel
 8:30  Travel to Awards Ceremony
 9:00-noon  Awards Ceremony in the auditorium of the Jewish Community Center
12:00  Lunch Reception and media interviews
 1:00  Depart Albuquerque
