Hypothesis

If we inform the general public about the common effects of syphilis, then we might be able to at least slow down the rapid spread of the disease within our community, if not the entire Navajo Nation. Another goal we wish to achieve is to design a program, using Starlogo, to enhance our project even more towards self-awareness of syphilis. We want to design a program showing the rapid movement of the syphilis virus throughout the Navajo Nation by first designing characters (termites) as the carriers of the syphilis virus forming yellow patches that will be an example of the flow of the disease. If we successfully accomplish this project, then we will be able to have a clear view of how long this virus will take before it "wipes-out" the entire Navajo Nation.
